World's Highest Hotel Opened in Dubai |
Dubai apparently not satisfied with just having the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa. They just opened the world's tallest hotel, the JW Marriott Marquis towering 355 feet tall with 72 floors.
The JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai hotels record highest in the world version of the Guinness Book of World Records. This is the 59th branch of the JW Marriott Marquis Group outside of North America. The opening of the hotel on this week attended by President and CEO of Marriott International Arne Sorenson.
"Dubai is an important destination for Marriott International, as a city with world class facilities. We offer the traveler the luxury experience like no other," says Arne.
The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai target segment MICE tourism (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions). The hotel has indoor and outdoor space with an area of 7500 m2, including two ballrooms. The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai also has 9 restaurants, 5 bars and lounges.
Resto is a mainstay for travelers is the steakhouse Prime 68, Izakaya sushi restaurant, cocktail bar Vault. All there on the floor 71 and 72, aka the hotel rooftop definitely offers incredible scenery. The hotel also has a restaurant Rang Mahal, with Chef Atul Kochhar, the first Indian chef origin holds a Michelin star.
To pamper guests, The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai has Saray Spa and Health Club area of 4,000 m2. Signature spa available is Milk and Honey treatment, Arabic Coffee Awakener, and Lemon Mint Body Polish. On the 7th floor there is a 30 meter swimming pool with Aqua Poolside Bar and Grill.
