tips : how to solve jetlag


For those of you who travel abroad, sometimes have jetlag due to the time difference between countries. Here are tips to overcome them:

1. Drink Lots of Water


Dehydration is a major cause of jetlag. Make sure you drink plenty of water before boarding the plane. Avoid drinking coffee as these drinks actually cause dehydration. Not only that, the coffee can keep you awake and can not sleep.


2. Sleeping on Plane


If you leave in the morning, then sleep on the plane. Sleep during the trip will make you feel refreshed when you arrive in the destination country and prevent jetlag.


3. Spread apart Your Feet


Try renggangkan your legs during the flight. This is done so that the blood flow running smoothly. Stretching the legs can be done by moving the leg or arm swinging. When you sit, move your ankle to help stretch the muscles.
